Ok, so me? I have been raised in the hospitality industry, so knowing the ins and out of this business. I won a bursary to go study at Prue Lieth Chefs Collage one very well-known prestigious collage. From then on i have work at several restaurants, hotels, and venues in order to get more experience. I own a Cafe and i am a Director at a venue. I have a strong passion for teaching others and sharing all my knowledge that i have gained throughout my years. I am a down to earth person and absolutely love and adore my family.
